We participate under Kreston International's worldwide internal quality control review program that requires us to be subjected, each year, to an extensive quality control review. In addition, our review desk performs concurrent review of all major assignments for quality assurance. We understand our primary responsibility for identifying the training needs of our staff and the training need identification takes place continuously and during the semi-annual performance appraisal. Our staffs are imparted with the training and continuous professional education.
